1. Who we are
1.1 Cascade Greenlight (the "Competition") is run by Cascade Holdings Limited, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Commercial Licence number CL13908, of Level 3, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Cascade", "we", "us"). Contact: support@cascadestudio.ai.
1.2 These terms apply when you register your interest in the Competition through the form at cascadestudio.ai/competition before the Competition opens on 13 October 2026 (the "Register Interest Period"). By submitting the form, you agree to these terms.
2. What registering your interest means
2.1 Registering your interest is free. No purchase or paid Cascade plan is needed.
2.2 Registering your interest is not an entry. It puts you on a list to receive a unique code for Competition credits when the Competition opens, if your registration is accepted under clause 4.
2.3 Places are limited. Registering your interest does not guarantee you a place or a code.
2.4 Entering the Competition, redeeming your code and anything you make, post or submit are governed by the full Competition Terms and Conditions and the Official Contest Rules, published at cascadestudio.ai/competition. If these terms and the Competition Terms and Conditions conflict, the Competition Terms and Conditions prevail.
3. Who can register
3.1 You must be aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and must not be resident in, or located in, a territory excluded under the Competition Terms and Conditions.
3.2 One registration per person. Registering more than once, using someone else's details, or using automated tools to register is not allowed.
4. How we check registrations
4.1 We review every registration before any code is sent, to make sure each place goes to a real person who is eligible to enter.
4.2 To do this, we may look at the details you give us, including any LinkedIn profile or website or portfolio link, and check them against our eligibility rules and fraud and duplicate checks. We only use these links to check your registration. Some checks may be supported by automated tools, but a member of our team makes every decision.
4.3 We may decline any registration, or withdraw a code, if we reasonably believe it is fake, duplicated, automated, ineligible or in breach of these terms. We do not have to give a reason.
5. Your code
5.1 If your registration is accepted, we will email your unique code to the address you registered with, on or after 13 October 2026.
5.2 The code can be redeemed only once, in the Cascade account that uses the same email address, and only on the terms set out in the Competition Terms and Conditions.
6. Changes
6.1 We may close the Register Interest Period early, limit the number of registrations, change the Competition dates, or postpone or cancel the Competition, if circumstances reasonably require it. We will post any material change on the Competition page.
7. Law
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
YOUR DATA
8. How we use your details
8.1 Cascade Holdings Limited is the controller of the personal data you give us on this form.
8.2 We collect:
your first name, surname and email address;
your country of residence;
your LinkedIn profile and website or portfolio link, if you choose to give them;
how you heard about us;
your confirmations (age, acceptance of these terms) and your email marketing choice; and
technical data needed to protect the form, such as your IP address and reCAPTCHA signals, and the date and time you registered.
8.3 We use this data to:
manage the interest list and send you service emails about your registration, such as a confirmation and, if your registration is accepted, your code;
check that you are a real person and eligible to enter, and prevent fraud and duplicate registrations (clause 4);
understand how people hear about the Competition; and
send you news and updates from Cascade by email, only if you tick the box to opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8.4 We process your data to take the steps you ask for before you enter the Competition, and in our legitimate interests in running a fair competition and preventing fraud. We rely on your consent for marketing emails. Opting in to marketing is never a condition of registering.
9. Who handles your data
9.1 We use trusted service providers who process your data on our behalf and under our instructions, including Zapier, Inc. (which moves form data into our systems), Google (our workspace and reCAPTCHA) and our email provider.
9.2 Some of these providers are based outside your country and the UAE, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
9.3 We do not sell your data.
10. How long we keep it
10.1 If you go on to enter the Competition, your data is kept as set out in the Competition Terms and Conditions.
10.2 If you do not enter, or your registration is declined, we delete your registration data within 6 months after the Competition closes.
10.3 If you opt in to marketing, we keep your name, email address and preferences until you unsubscribe.
11. Your rights
11.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. These rights come from the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and, where they apply, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
11.2 To use these rights, email privacy@cascadestudio.ai . You can also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, or your local data protection authority.
