How many credits come with my plan?

The Free trial comes with 1500 credits, one-time - they don't expire. Starter, Pro and Studio plans include a monthly credit allowance added to your account the moment payment goes through. Specific amounts for each plan are shown on the pricing page.

Do credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset within 24 hours of your billing date - so please do use them. Any credits you purchase separately roll over and are valid for 12 months. Your Free trial credits are one-time and never expire.

How do I track my credit usage?

Can I have credits refunded?

If a generation fails, your credits come straight back - automatically, no questions asked. If a generation completes, the credits are used and can't be refunded. Subscriptions and additional credit purchases are non-refundable. We know that's not what anyone wants to hear, but it's the honest answer.

Is my subscription automatically renewed?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime in account settings - your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, so you always get what you've paid for.

Can I change my subscription after purchase?

Yes. Upgrades kick in immediately - any credit difference lands in your account straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current plan, so your existing access stays intact until then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click on Credits, then Manage Subscription Button. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Gary won't take it personally.

Can I use Cascade outputs commercially?

All paid plans include full commercial rights - your work is your work. The Free trial is for non-commercial use only.

Can collaborators access my projects?

Yes. Every paid plan includes team access - bring your collaborators in and work together inside the same platform. That's exactly how Cascade is meant to be used.
