Eligibility. Open to individuals aged 18 or older. [Confirm territory.] Employees of Cascade, their immediate families, and anyone on the judging panel may not enter. One entry per person.

No purchase necessary. Entry is free and does not require a paid Cascade subscription.

Proof of build. Cascade may ask to see the underlying Cascade project for any entry before confirming a result.

Ownership and licence. You keep full ownership and copyright in your entry. By entering, you grant Cascade a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your entry in connection with the competition and Cascade's own marketing, for [a stated period, e.g. 3 years, renewable].

Your warranties. The entry is your own original work (aside from elements generated using Cascade), doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and you have any necessary consent from people appearing in it.

Judging. First, second, and third place are decided by a jury on story and craft. The judging panel's decision is final.

Prizes. Cash prizes are paid in GBP within [30 days] of results being announced. Winners are responsible for any tax owed in their own jurisdiction. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative to any non-cash element. Cascade may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

The series greenlight. First place's full-season commitment is subject to a separate production agreement with the winner, covering budget, schedule, creative control, and ownership of the resulting series.

Disqualification. For fraud, bought or manipulated votes or views, or breach of these terms.

Publicity. Winners agree Cascade may use their name, likeness, and quotes in announcements and marketing.

Changes and cancellation. Cascade may amend these terms, or postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition, and will announce any material change on the competition page.
